About Keyuan

From sheet metal to thermal management.

Founded in 2021 in Anqiu, Weifang, on the base of a long-established sheet-metal parts factory. Today: thermal and structural components for new-energy commercial vehicles, energy storage and liquid cooling.

Milestones

2021 to today.

  1. Before 2021Anqiu sheet-metal parts plant, 15,000 m², supplying fabricated components.
  2. 2021Shandong Keyuan Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. founded; international trade department opened.
  3. 2022Entered new-energy liquid cooling. Plant expanded to 55,000 m²; IATF 16949 system implemented.
  4. 2023Approved supplier to Shaanxi Automobile, Weichai and Ensign. Powder line and production CRM. Plant 3 commissioned.
  5. 2024Automation and digitalisation across the plant; continuous supply to multiple OEMs.
  6. 2025IATF 16949 certification granted. National High-Tech Enterprise.
  7. 2026Capacity expansion: total plant area over 60,000 m².

People

180 people. 55 in engineering, quality and management.

25 R&D engineers, 15 quality staff, 15 managers. Fifteen granted patents, including an invention patent for post-weld cold-plate finishing and utility patents on battery-cooling housings, coolant channels and fittings.
